Pamela Elaine Stacy Simons. 62 of Frankfort, formerly of Cowan, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at her home.
She was born in Cowan, Kentucky on September 27, 1956 the daughter of the late J. P. and Ruby Margaret Gray Stacy.
Pam was an employee of the Kentucky Housing Corporation in Frankfort and a graduate of Maysville Community College where she received a degree in Retail management.
She was a 1974 graduate of Fleming County High School and was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Christian Church in Cowan. She enjoyed writing poetry, traveling, country music, crafts and decorating. She was an avid University of Kentucky basketball and football fan and was a devoted dog lover.
Pam held the title of Miss Germantown Fair and Miss Fleming-Mason RECC and was second runner-up in the State RECC pageant.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her longtime companion Wayne Secrest.
Survivors include three brothers, Daryl Stacy and wife Marilyn of Mays Lick, Kentucky,, Jon Stacy and wife Nyiri of Carlisle, Kentucky, Steve Stacy and wife Becca of Cowan, Kentucky. Two sisters, Patty Hunter of Carlisle and Sharon Beckett and B. J. of Cynthiana, Kentucky.
Also surviving are several nieces and nephews
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the Price Brothers Funeral Home in Elizaville with Brother Steve Leitz officiating. Visitation is after 12 Noon Sunday at the funeral home.
Private burial will be Monday in the Elizaville Cemetery.
Serving as pall bearers will be her nieces and nephews.
