Doris Cowan

Doris Kay Barton Cowan, 73, of Crittenden, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Florence, Kentucky.

She was born on July 7, 1946 in Maysville, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Estill and Virginia Eubanks Barton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Logan Allen Cowan, who passed away on November 23, 2011 and an infant sister, Louise.

Doris was a retired dispatcher for a trucking company.

Survivors include cousins, Jimmy Emmons, Janet Bellamy, Jerri Sims, Mary Beth Durko and Don Link and niece, Pam Everman.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 21, 2019 at the Elizaville Cemetery Chapel with Sister Wanda Fields officiating.

Burial will follow in the Elizaville Cemetery.

There is no visitation.
